• For a start, we would not be doing this if we believed it was illegal. We cannot tell you that it is definitely legal – but neither can Sky tell you that it is definitely illegal. The Courts make the Law – not us or Sky or the FAPL, FACT or MPS

• At the moment, the matter has gone to appeal in Europe. A decision could take up to 2 years.

• Sky and MPS continue to threaten licensees with prosecution – but the UK courts cannot do anything because they are waiting for a decision from Europe. The last we heard, wasting court time is still regarded a serious matter.

• You simply cannot buy an insurance policy to protect you against the possibility of breaking the law. But Insurance companies WILL sell you a policy against being prosecuted for using a foreign satellite system. They obviously believe that it is legal - and they are not in the business of backing losers.

All of the above applies to viewing cards issued by countries within the EC. We do not supply Albanian viewing cards because Albania is not in the EC. As a bonus all of the other cards below give Golf & Tennis and 40+ Setanta games.
